Our Sparkling Passion Fruit wine is highly aromatic with a tropical sweet tart flavor and nuances of pineapple, papaya, mango, passion fruit, citrus and guava. This super fruit sparkling wine has the perfect balance of sweetness coupled with a slightly tart finish that lingers on your palate. This limited reserve sparkling wine can be enjoyed with Brie or Blue Cheese, fettuccine alfredo, or cedar pink salmon.
