Private Tastings and Events (on and offsite)

Join us at Sunshine Winery, and experience tropical paradise with your very own private party at our location! We’re the perfect escape for birthday celebrations, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, book clubs, retirement parties, and so much more! We can also bring the tropics to you! *A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking your private party booking with us. The remaining balance is due the day of your event. Event dates are subject to our calendar of availability.

 

What’s Included

Two Hour Private Party (we have 3 different package options to choose from) Please note, 2 hours is our minimum for time slots booked with us:

Wine Pours Party: Includes six generous pours of our wide variety of 100% gluten free and vegan tropical fruit wines and sparklings chosen ahead of time by you for your entire group. Plus, the guest’s choice of one of our signature wine slushies on tap (two options on tap spring/summer), or one wine slushie or hot mulled spice wine (fall/winter). You’ll also receive basic charcuterie consisting of cheeses, sausage, crackers, decadent chocolate, and preselected jams, mustards or honey spreads for you and your guests to graze on. Who doesn’t love snacks?! *Non-alcoholic drink option available upon request. Please let us know if we can assist you and ensure all of your guests have an enjoyable experience!

Wine Slushie Party: This package is ALL INCLUSIVE FOR DRINKS!! Choose up to two Wine Slushie flavors prior to your event for you and your guests to enjoy! This package also includes basic charcuterie consisting of cheeses, sausage, crackers, decadent chocolate, and preselected jams, mustards or honey spreads for you and your guests to graze on. Who doesn’t love snacks?! *One non-alcoholic slushie option available upon request instead of two wine slushie flavors. Please let us know if we can assist you and ensure all of your guests have an enjoyable experience!

Mimosa Party: This package is ALL INCLUSIVE FOR DRINKS!! Choose up to two Sparkling Wine flavors prior to your event for you and your guests, and we’ll expertly pair them with fruit juices for your own mimosa flavors! This package also includes basic charcuterie consisting of cheeses, sausage, crackers, decadent chocolate, and preselected jams, mustards or honey spreads for you and your guests to graze on. Who doesn’t love snacks?! *For those choosing to go the non-alcoholic route, juices without sparkling wines will be available upon request. Please let us know if we can assist you and ensure all of your guests have an enjoyable experience!

Customized For You

Bring your own snacks, or let us provide the goodies! We can make almost any request possible working with local vendors. *Prices and delivery fee for catering options are subject to the catering company you choose to work with. We require a 15 minute phone consultation to ensure we can provide the food options you wish to offer your guests. We provide assistance with ordering and execution of your catering request at a minimal fee predetermined by the winery.

Groups of up to 10 guests will enjoy our private upper level tropical lounge leaving our first floor available for walk-in guests. Groups of 11-25 guests will have access to BOTH our first and second floor tasting bars! Our building will be closed to the public to ensure you have your own party space to relax and enjoy. Our winery can comfortably accommodate up to 25 people. (For larger group sizes, please inquire for more details.)

*Groups of up to 10 people: Weekend Date Bookings 2 HOUR time window choose from Saturdays 12-5pm. Sundays 12-3pm (per calendar of availability). If you wish to extend your time with us, there will be a $20 per person per hour fee applied to your total.

*Groups of 11-25 people: Weekend Date Bookings 2 HOUR time window Saturdays 11-1pm, 12-2pm, 4-6pm and 5-7pm. Sundays 11-1pm and 3-5pm. (per calendar of availability). If you wish to extend your time with us, there will be a $20 per person per hour fee applied to your total.

Interested in booking a weekday private party with us? We’re happy to help! Please inquire regarding dates and time slots available (per calendar of availability)

Have a theme in mind? We’re happy to have your own decorations onsite! However, we do not allow items that will damage our walls or floors. Please be sure these are items that can easily be removed. Unless specified that you want your items back, all decorations will be taken down and discarded at the conclusion of your event. We require a 15 minute phone consultation to walk through with you what you plan to bring. All decorations must be delivered to the winery no later than 48 hours prior to your event so that we can have everything set up for you prior to arrival.

OFFSITE Party Rentals!!

Wine Slushie OFFSITE Parties: What’s included (3 hour offsite party rental):

Bartender service for 3 hours at your event (includes 2 licensed bartenders)

2 tank Slushie Machine, Wines, and Slushie Mixes to make up to 2 full tanks of Wine Slushie Flavors (non-alcoholic slushies available upon request). Our package offering provides up to 96 12oz cups! *Additional ingredients needed to refill tanks during event once tanks are empty are available at a fee.

Professional 10×10 tent with staging area for your outdoor Wine Slushie Bar and drink serving materials

*Access to electricity is required. Please make sure this is available to us before booking your event

*All offsite events that are not residential will require approval from your desired venue to ensure we are allowed onsite. We will need to speak with your event planner and/or event space coordinator prior to commitment from Sunshine Winery

*Events outside of Ozaukee County will be charged an additional $1.00 per mile (fees applied for round trip services)

 

OFFSITE Mimosa Bar Parties: What’s included (3 hour offsite party rental):

Bartender service (includes 2 licensed bartenders)

Champagne flutes, Sparkling Fruit Wines (select up to 3 options currently available), and juices to pair. This booking is ALL YOU CAN DRINK!

(Offsite use) Professional 10×10 tent with staging area for your outdoor Mimosa Bar and drink serving materials

*All offsite events that are not residential will require approval from your desired venue to ensure we are allowed onsite. We will need to speak with your event planner and/or event space coordinator prior to commitment from Sunshine Winery

*We charge a $15.00 ice fee for offsite booking

*Events outside of Ozaukee County will be charged an additional $1.00 per mile (fees applied for round trip services)
